Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I have to use a particular storage bin instead of what I currently have in my garage?
We ask that you use the specified storage container to ensure stackability in the warehouse, standardized pricing which keeps costs down for you, and to help ensure your items don’t get damaged when they are stacked. These containers are built for stacking and can withhold bins on top of them without damaging items within them. You can use your own bins that are SimpliStore approved, purchase them from places like Home Depot (or wherever sold) or from us at $15 apiece, delivered to your doorstep.
What kinds of items can I store?
You can store anything that you need to as long as it isn’t illegal or hazardous and fits into the storage bin. We don’t currently offer a service to store larger items, but you can store smaller items in order to make room in your garage or attic for the bigger items. Some ideas are; Seasonal Decorations, Winter Coats, Kids Toys, Tools, Additional linens for guests, purchases for Birthdays or Holidays, Shoes, and Sporting Equipment.
When and how often can I get my items?
You may request your items for pickup or delivery as many times as you want, whenever you want M-SU 7am-8pm with 24 hours’ notice via the web app. If there is an immediate need for a bin in less than 24 hours, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate.

About SimpliStore
How was the idea born?
Like a majority of Americans, my family had accumulated way more than our meager two-car garage and attic could handle in an organized and accessible fashion. That is what got me thinking, there is no way that we are the only ones with this issue.
As we all continue to collect more and more stuff, we are running out of places to store it in our home. Did you know 40% of Americans currently use self-storage, however 58% of Americans would pay for an hour of their time back?
There is the issue. We need the storage space, but don’t want to spend time running back and forth, hunting within the unit for items, or maybe don’t need a whole storage unit.
We wanted to find a way to declutter people’s homes while providing the convenience of having access to the items as if they were still in your garage/attic. After much brainstorming and strategizing the idea of SimpliStore was born with one goal in mind: to save you the hassle and time, while still providing quick and convenient access to your items.

My name is Dan and my wife and I are proud to introduce SimpliStore to the Heath and Rockwall neighborhoods in Texas. We live in Heath, TX with our son, two daughters, and sweet puppy, Lola. We are excited to help our neighbors begin enjoying their organized garages and attics again, while still having easy access to all of their stuff!
